Yesterday we had gone out for the day and ate a bunch of terrible unhealthy foods. Fast food to much candy and my IBS goes bananas over this. I spent the evening gassy cramping and churning by morning It was a war zone in my gut. I come into the bathroom over head view and never even put my ass on the pot before I pushes right out. Gassy long turds and then the wet sludge plops out sticking to the frontal area of my bowl. I good long pee, burst between smaller wet shit release some gas escapes. Clean up and closeup view of a big pile including large and spotted brown turds, double flush. Cute moans and sighs through out. Natural normal morning toilet use with IBS.
