Fridays are my diarrhea day. I dont know what happens or what causes it but a lot of times, I have an IBS episode right after lunch on Fridays. And its no matter what I eat! So Im taking you along on my Friday Diarrhea Diary. Its a beautiful day out, you can hear all the birds, the wind is slightly blowing and the sun is out. I guess Ill fertilize the grass. After telling you about what I ate, I squat and bend over. Before you know it, IBS diarrhea erupts from my ass, spraying the diarrhea into the grass and settling into a soft pile. I did eat some spicy Mexican food and my asshole is on fire!!!! But such a relief to get out what was causing my guts to bubble.
